Thank you for the wonderful exhibition! Going back through the Timmelsjoch we will understand much more about the history of the area. Unfortunately we have not seen any ibexes – but thank you for the explanations, we go to see them now!
05.04.2011 - Discovering stunning local birds at the Bunker Mooseum
On April 5th 2011 the Bunker Mooseum inaugurated its first free-flight aviary, housing already now a number of four lovely bird couples.
Among them is a charming bullfinch couple, two goldfinches as well as a unique couple of siskins and redpolls.
Within a few days visitors will moreover be able to gaze at an adorable couple of crossbills, which is currently breeding in its nest.
An outdoor tour takes you past the ibexes’ park and directly to the spacious aviary. By the way: Two more aviaries are currently planned, which will later house local raptors of bigger size.
